Agreement to these terms

By using splashstache.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy our products. These terms are an agreement between you and Splash Stache LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

Who can buy from us

You need to be 18 or older to buy from us. We currently ship to the continental United States only. See our Shipping page for details.

Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if a product becomes unavailable, or if there's a pricing or description error. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund.

Shipping and delivery

We ship via USPS or UPS, typically within 1 to 2 business days of order. Full details, including delivery windows and shipping costs, are on our Shipping page. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the package.

Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day return window with no restocking fees. Full details are on our Returns page.

Product information and warranties

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colors may vary slightly based on your screen. The Splash Stache is a physical product designed for use on standard porcelain toilets. We make no warranties beyond what's specifically described on the site and in product packaging. The product is sold "as is" except where prohibited by law.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to do anything illegal. Don't try to hack it, scrape it, or otherwise break it. Don't impersonate someone else. Don't post anything in our reviews or comments that's defamatory, harassing, or infringes on someone's copyright or trademark. Be cool. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content that violates these rules.

Intellectual property

Everything on splashstache.com, the photos, copy, design, logos, brand colors, the mustache shape, is owned by Splash Stache LLC or used with permission. You can't copy, reproduce, modify, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of the site is fine.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Splash Stache LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some states don't allow these kinds of limitations, so some of this may not apply to you.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
