If the Stache doesn't work the way you hoped, send it back. No questions, no restocking fees, no weird hoops. We'll make it right.
Return window
30 days from the day your order is delivered. As long as you reach out within that window, you're covered.
Does it have to be unused?
No. Install it, try it, live with it for a few days. If it isn't working for you, send it back. That's the whole point of a 30-day guarantee.
How to start a return
Email hello@splashstache.com with your order number and a quick line about why you're returning it. We'll send instructions and a prepaid return label within one business day.
Return shipping
We cover it. We'll email you a prepaid return label. Drop it in any USPS mailbox and you're done.
When you'll get your refund
We refund you in full within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the return. The refund goes back to whatever payment method you used at checkout.
Exchanges
If you got the wrong color, or you'd rather try a different variant, email us at hello@splashstache.com. We'll ship the replacement and send a return label for the original at the same time.
Damaged or defective items
That's on us. Email hello@splashstache.com with your order number and a photo if you have one. We'll ship a replacement out the next business day. No return needed.
Gifts
Gifts are returnable too. The recipient can email us directly, or the gifter can handle it on their behalf, whichever's easier. Refund goes back to the original payment method.
