What's the return window?
30 days from the day your order is delivered. As long as you reach out within that window, you're covered.
Does it have to be unused?
No. Install it, try it, live with it for a few days. If it isn't working for you, send it back. That's the whole point of a 30-day guarantee.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@splashstache.com with your order number and a quick line about why you're returning it. We'll send you instructions and a prepaid UPS return label within one business day.
Do you cover return shipping?
No, return shipping is a flat $7, deducted from your refund. Nothing to pay up front: we email you a prepaid UPS label, and you drop the package at any UPS location or hand it to your driver.
When do I get my refund?
Within 5 to 7 business days of the return reaching us, less the $7 return shipping. The refund covers what you paid for the product. Shipping you paid on the original order is not refunded. The money goes back to whatever payment method you used at checkout.
Can I exchange instead of returning?
Absolutely. If you got the wrong color, or you'd rather try a different variant, email us at hello@splashstache.com. We'll ship the replacement and send a UPS return label for the original at the same time. The same flat $7 applies to that label.
What if it arrived damaged or defective?
That's on us. Email hello@splashstache.com with your order number and a photo if you have one. We'll ship a replacement out the next business day. No return needed, so there's nothing to pay.
What about gifts?
Gifts are returnable too. The recipient can email us directly, or the gifter can handle it on their behalf, whichever's easier. Refund goes back to the original payment method.
