Shipping policy

We ship from Texas via USPS or UPS, whichever is faster to you. Free US shipping on orders over $30.

Where we ship

Continental US only for now. We're working on Alaska, Hawaii, and international, but for launch we're keeping it simple and shipping to the lower 48.

Shipping cost

$4.95 flat rate under $30. Free over $30.

How fast it ships

Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before noon CT usually go out the same day. Weekend orders ship Monday.

Transit time

Standard transit is 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are. East and West coasts trend toward the longer end. Middle of the country trends faster.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking number the moment your order ships. The link goes directly to USPS or UPS so you can follow it the rest of the way home.

Lost or damaged packages

Email hello@splashstache.com with your order number. We'll replace it. No questions, no friction.

Address changes

If we haven't shipped it yet, yes. Email hello@splashstache.com as soon as you can with your order number and the new address. Once it's in the carrier's hands, it's out of our control.

PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses

Yes to both. USPS handles those just fine, and we ship USPS for any address that requires it.
