Where do we ship?
Street addresses in the continental US only for now. We're working on Alaska, Hawaii, and international, but for launch we're keeping it simple and shipping to the lower 48.
How much does shipping cost?
$6 flat under $30. Free over $30. Every order ships UPS either way. Grab a second Stache and you're past the threshold, plus the volume savings kick in automatically. If you need it sooner, UPS Express is $25 at checkout.
How fast does it ship?
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before noon CT usually go out the same day. Weekend orders ship Monday.
How long does it take to arrive?
Every order goes UPS, and transit runs 3 to 5 business days once it leaves us. Add the 1 to 2 days to process and most orders land inside a week of ordering, coast to coast.
Can I get it faster?
Yes. UPS Express is $25 at checkout. Order before noon CT and it ships the same day, then Express transit runs 1 to 2 business days. Same lower 48 coverage.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking number the moment your order ships. The link goes straight to UPS so you can follow it the rest of the way home.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Email hello@splashstache.com with your order number. We'll replace it. No questions, no friction. Carriers lose stuff sometimes. We just make it right.
Can I change my address after I order?
If we haven't shipped it yet, yes. Email hello@splashstache.com as soon as you can with your order number and the new address. Once it's in the carrier's hands, it's out of our control.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Not right now. Every order goes UPS, and UPS doesn't deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Use a street address in the lower 48 and you're good.
