What we collect.
And what we don't.

When you visit splashstache.com, sign up for our waitlist, or place an order, we collect a few things:

• Your name and email address
• Shipping and billing addresses
• Payment details (handled and stored by our payment processor, not by us)
• Order history and customer service emails
• Technical info automatically: IP address, browser type, device info, pages viewed, referring site

That's it. We don't collect anything we don't need to run our business.

We use the information we collect to:

• Fulfill and ship your orders
• Email you about your order (confirmation, shipping, delivery)
• Send marketing emails, only if you've opted in
• Improve the site and our products
• Prevent fraud and protect our business
• Comply with the law when required

We don't use your data for anything else.

We share data with the services that make our business run:

• Shopify, our store and checkout platform
• Klaviyo, our email marketing service
• Shipping carriers like USPS and UPS so they can deliver your order
• Payment processors to take your payment securely
• Analytics tools like Google Analytics to understand how the site is used
• Law enforcement, only when legally required

We never sell your data. We never trade it. We never share it for marketing purposes beyond what you've signed up for.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may not work correctly without them.

We honor the Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals where required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the data we have about you
• Correct it if it's wrong
• Delete it
• Port it to another service
• Opt out of marketing emails (just hit unsubscribe at the bottom of any email)

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect data in transit, and our service providers (Shopify, Klaviyo, payment processors) follow their own security standards. No system is 100% secure, but we take this seriously and do our best to protect the data you trust us with.

Our products and site are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, email hello@splashstache.com and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated by email to anyone who's given us an email address.
