What if the Stache doesn't fit my toilet?
The Stache works great on the majority of toilets! If it doesn't fit your setup quite right or brushes against you when sitting, simply return it within 30 days for a hassle-free, full refund—no questions asked.
What if the Stache falls off?
When the tape is applied correctly (clean and dry), and not sprayed directly with cleanser, the nano tape holds the mustache in place for a very long time. If it comes loose, you can peel it off, let it dry, and reapply. For best long-term results, replace it with new water-resistant nano tape (e.g. 3M, Klapit, Phixbear, or similar)
How long with the stache glow?
The stache will glow all night after a few hours of light exposure. Simply leave the toilet seat up so it can absorb ambient light (room light, hallway light, etc.) to fully charge it.
Why aren't there more colors available?
Due to the physics of glow-in-the-dark materials, green and blue colors glow much brighter and last significantly longer than other colors (such as red, orange, yellow, or purple).
Will I accidentally poop on the stache?
No — the height and placement keep it well clear of the danger zone. Technically you could hit it if you really tried, but the same goes for hitting the floor. You’re good.
Will my hand touch the stache when I wipe?
It depends on your toilet bowl size and your normal wiping position:
- On standard (regular) and larger toilet bowls — No, your hand should not touch the stache during normal use.
- On smaller toilet bowls — Yes, users report that their hand brushes the stache. In those cases, people usually just lean forward slightly (a very natural adjustment most already make on smaller bowls).
Will the stache fit my toilet?
Yes — the mustache is made of flexible, waterproof material that bends and conforms to any standard round porcelain toilet seat.
Will it leave a mark on the porcelain?
No — the nano tape is designed not to mark or damage standard porcelain toilet bowls when removed properly.
